Partner program

Become a TidyHQ partner.

You serve clubs, non-profits, and community organisations. We build the software that helps them stop drowning in admin. Let’s join the dots — for your network, your clients, and the people who depend on them.

A partner program built for the long tail.

10,000+ organisations across 32 countries already run on TidyHQ. Most are too small for enterprise software and too serious for a spreadsheet. That’s where you come in.

Shared mission

We exist to give volunteer admins their Sundays back. If you serve clubs, charities, councils, or federations, you’ve seen what bad admin tools cost them. We’re a fix you can stand behind.

Honest economics

Free or subsidised TidyHQ for the organisations you support. Revenue share where it makes sense. No opaque scoring system, no minimum quotas.

A named human

Every partner gets a direct contact at TidyHQ. Not a queue, not a chatbot. The person you talk to is the person who can fix it.

Six programs. One partner team.

Pick the lane that fits how you serve clubs and community organisations today. The benefits are shared — the way we work with you is tailored.

For advisors and community connectors

  • A reference architecture for joint customers
  • Co-marketing to clubs, leagues, and federations

  • A multi-client advisor view across every club you manage

  • A subsidised path for clubs in your network to adopt TidyHQ
  • Direct line to the product team — not a ticket queue

For developers

Technology Partners

How it works

From application to first referral.

Four steps, usually two weeks. Less if you’re in a hurry.

  1. 01

    Apply

Tell us about your network, who you serve, and what you’d want from the partnership. Five minutes, one form.

  2. 02

    Talk

A 30-minute call with our partner team — usually within three working days of your application. We work out which program fits.

  3. 03

    Launch

We set up your partner page, brief our support team, and agree how we’ll co-brand onboarding. You get a single contact at TidyHQ from here on.

  4. 04

    Refer

Send clubs our way through the channels that suit you — a referral link, a co-branded landing page, or a warm introduction. We handle the rest, you see the results in monthly reporting.

What you get as a partner.

The same benefits across every program — adjusted to how your network actually works.

Co-branded onboarding

We onboard the clubs you refer with your name attached — emails, training sessions, and account setup all flagged as coming via your network.

Partner directory

A profile on tidyhq.com that we send traffic to. Like the CIC Townsville spotlight — a real page for real referrals.

Revenue share

On the programs that earn it: a clear percentage on every paid subscription that originated through your network. Tracked, reported, no surprises.

Product access

Beta features, the API, and a direct line to the people building it. Tell us what your network needs and we’ll prioritise it.

Common questions

Before you apply.

The things partners ask us on the first call. Anything else, email partners@tidyhq.com.

Any organisation that already serves clubs, non-profits, councils, federations, or community groups — and would be willing to recommend TidyHQ where it fits. The six programs (Consultant, Local Government, Sports Platform, Accounting, Federation, Technology) cover the most common shapes, but if you don’t fit neatly into one of those, apply anyway and we’ll work it out on the call.

No. There’s no joining fee, no annual fee, and no minimum quota. The cost is your time onboarding with us and learning enough about the product to talk about it credibly.

It depends on the program. Accounting partners and sports platform partners can earn a percentage of subscription revenue on every paid TidyHQ account that originated through them. Consultant and council partners more often work on a “free or subsidised TidyHQ for your network” basis instead of a commission. We confirm the specifics on the partnership call before anything goes live.

No. The partner program is built for people who already advise clubs and community organisations. We give you the tools — a referral link, a co-branded landing page, training content, and a dedicated contact — so when TidyHQ is the right answer to a question your clients are already asking, you can point at it without re-explaining the whole product.

No. We don’t ask for exclusivity, and we don’t offer it. Most of our partners work with several membership and admin platforms — we want to be the recommendation when TidyHQ is the right fit, not the only platform you’re allowed to mention.

Every application is read by a person on our partner team within three working days. If we’re a good fit you’ll get a call invite; if we’re not, we’ll say so and explain why.

Every partner gets a directory listing on this page. Partners who run active referral programs, joint events, or co-marketing campaigns get a full spotlight page — like Townsville Community Information Centre’s — with their own URL, profile, and reciprocal link. We open spotlights as the partnership scales.

Pricing lives on /pricing — one price, no comparison table. Native and Zapier-supported integrations live on /integrations. Both are linked from the main navigation and reflect everything available to a partner-referred organisation as well.
