Common questions about Xero
Yes — you need an active Xero subscription. TidyHQ connects via the Xero API, which requires at least a Starter plan. The TidyHQ side of the integration is included free on all plans.
Only invoices created after you connect will sync automatically. You can manually push historical invoices from TidyHQ to Xero using the bulk export tool if needed.
Yes. During setup you map each TidyHQ revenue category (memberships, events, donations, etc.) to a Xero account code. This takes about two minutes and means every transaction lands in the right place.
