No. TidyConnect federates whatever your clubs are already using — TidyHQ, GameDay, Sport80, MySideline, or spreadsheets. You see the data without forcing migration. Clubs that want to move to TidyHQ get a subsidised path; clubs that don’t, stay where they are.
Member counts, event activity, financial signals, registration status, and compliance data across every affiliated club that opts in. You can see the federation’s overall health in one dashboard and drill into individual clubs when needed.
Federation partners get the TidyConnect portal (not available standalone), partner-rate TidyHQ for any club in your network that wants it, and a named contact on the TidyHQ team for product feedback. The relationship is built around your governing-body role, not just one organisation.
