You don’t need to. Council partnerships work as a sponsored access arrangement: we provide TidyHQ at partner rates (or free for an agreed term) to community organisations in your area, and you communicate the offer through your existing community-services channels. No software procurement on your end.
Yes — with the consent of the clubs themselves. TidyConnect, our federation portal, gives council community-services teams a single view across affiliated organisations: member counts, event activity, financial health, compliance status. Clubs opt in; you don’t see anything you’re not entitled to.
Most local government partnerships are structured around a small annual commitment that funds the access for community groups in the LGA. Smaller than a single grant; larger than zero. We agree the number on the partnership call based on your community size.
