Connect your club’s own domain, without emailing support
On the Pro plan, the Bring Your Own Domain app now walks you through putting your web pages and email on your club’s own domain, mostly without a ticket.
Connecting yourclub.com.au to TidyHQ used to start with an email to our support team and a fair bit of back and forth. On the Pro plan, the Bring Your Own Domain app now does most of it with you.
It brings your existing DNS records across, asks what you want to keep if there is already a website or email on the domain, and tells you exactly which records you need to change outside TidyHQ. A few setups, such as domains using DNSSEC, still need our team, and the app will say so.
