Fixes and small improvements — late August 2026
Images dropped into emails now show in Gmail, attendee exports use the details on the ticket, and AI Insights reports work again. Plus six smaller fixes.
- Images you drag into an email or other rich text now upload to Storage instead of being embedded. Emails are smaller and display properly in more places, Gmail on the web in particular.
- Attendee lists, exports and PDFs use the details entered on the ticket when they differ from the linked contact.
- AI Insights reports work again. They stopped when a model underneath them was retired, which we should have caught sooner.
- Answers to a custom field stay visible for existing attendees after you remove that field from the event.
- Spam complaints and unsubscribes are recorded straight away, rather than the next time you email that person.
- The Notifications inbox no longer breaks when a contact or record mentioned in a note has been deleted.
- Apple Wallet cards show your organisation’s local date for “Last updated”, not the server’s.
- Searching the Contacts table works more reliably in Safari, and filters, keyboard shortcuts and the public profile form behave more consistently.
- Public menu links load faster.
