The Xero integration is now self-serve on the Pro plan
Stripe payouts land in Xero already split into memberships, events and your other categories. Pro plan clubs can now set it up themselves, while places last.
A Stripe payout hits the bank and the treasurer knows it is a mix of registrations, trivia night tickets and hoodies, but not how much of each. The Xero integration answers that by matching your TidyHQ finance categories to your Xero chart of accounts, so each payout arrives already split.
After testing with a small group of clubs since November, it is now self-serve on the Pro plan. You need Stripe connected. Places are limited because Xero caps how many organisations can connect at once, so if it is full, add the app to your watchlist and we will know you are waiting.
