Save and reuse your common emails with Snippets
Save a subject and body once, then drop it into any new email or reply. Merge tags work, so the Thursday canteen call-out still greets people by name.
Every club has the emails it writes over and over: the Thursday canteen call-out, or the answer to “how do I register my daughter?” that goes out forty times in February. Snippets in Communicate let you save that text once, with a subject line, and insert it while writing a new email or a reply.
Snippets take merge tags in the body, so they still read as though you wrote them for that person. They belong to the organisation rather than to one admin, so whoever is on the inbox this week uses the same wording.
