Fixes and small improvements — mid-August 2026
Guest checkout keeps attendee details through to payment again, smart groups catch up promptly instead of taking up to a day, and email has spell check.
- Guest checkout was losing attendee selections and contact details on the way to payment, especially after a guest signed in or on a custom domain. It now keeps them. We have contacted the clubs this affected directly.
- Smart groups now update shortly after a member’s details change. Previously they could take up to 24 hours to catch up.
- You can cancel or restore a ticket even if the attendee’s membership or tag eligibility has changed since it was issued.
- Attendee searches, names, scans, exports and PDFs show the right person more consistently, and linked attendee packs open on the correct page.
- Guest checkout no longer fails for an existing account with a blank first name.
- Rich-text editing is back for event ticket descriptions.
- Members invited to a private meeting page can now open it.
- Files you have just uploaded to a meeting no longer drop off when the meeting syncs, and task due-date pickers in meetings display properly again.
- Your browser’s own spell checker now works when you write emails in TidyHQ.
- SMS settings keep email and SMS details apart, and Australian organisations can upload their commercial register document for SMS registration.
- Changing your TidyHQ subscription or payment method copes better with invalid or declined payment details.
- The notes composer shows a hint that Ctrl/Cmd+Enter saves your note.
