No More Plastic Cards
We have launched digital membership cards across all TidyHQ plans. Members can now access their membership card on their phone - no printing, no laminating, no mailing physical cards that end up in a kitchen drawer.
How It Works
When a member logs into their TidyHQ member portal, they see their digital membership card. It includes their name, membership type, expiry date, and a QR code that can be scanned for verification.
The card updates automatically when the membership renews. No manual replacement needed.
Clubs can customise the card with their logo and brand colours. It looks professional without requiring a design budget.
Why This Matters
Physical membership cards cost money and time. Printing. Posting. Replacing lost cards. Managing inventory of blank card stock.
Digital cards eliminate all of that. The card is always with the member - on their phone. It is always current. And it costs the club nothing.
For door entry, event check-in, and member verification at partner businesses, the QR code provides instant confirmation of membership status.
Available Now
Digital membership cards are available on all TidyHQ plans - Starter, Standard, and Plus. No additional cost. No setup fee. Just enable them in your TidyHQ settings.
Members who already have a TidyHQ login can access their card immediately. New members receive their card when they join.
