How It Works
In TidyHQ settings, enable automated renewals. Choose your reminder schedule. Customise the email text if you want. The system handles the rest.
When a member's expiry date approaches, TidyHQ sends a renewal email with a one-click payment link. The member pays online - Stripe, PayPal, BPay, or POLi. The membership updates automatically. A receipt is sent.
Members who do not renew after all reminders are flagged for personal follow-up. The list is short - typically 10-15% of your membership - because the automated reminders catch the other 85%.
What Clubs Are Seeing
Early adopters report 75-85% of renewals completed through the automated sequence alone, without any manual intervention. That is up from 50-60% when renewals were managed manually.
The volunteer hours saved are significant. A club with 200 members that previously spent 40+ hours on renewal season now spends 5-10 hours on the personal follow-ups.
