New officers get admin access. The full history of dues payments, fundraisers, meeting minutes, bylaws, IRS letters, and parent contacts is already in the platform. The old officers can keep view-only access if your bylaws require it. Handover takes a meeting, not a month.

TidyHQ handles online sales for tickets, dues, and event registration through Stripe. Spirit-wear can be sold through TidyHQ as event tickets or through an integration with a shop tool. For in-person concession nights, log the revenue and expenses afterwards to keep one consolidated ledger.
