Two-way SMS, in early access
A handful of TidyConnect customers can now run a real club phone number: send a broadcast, get replies back, and keep the conversation in one place.
We have started an early-access rollout of two-way SMS with a small group of TidyConnect customers. For those organisations TidyHQ supports a club phone number, broadcasts, replies, conversation management, and opt-out handling that behaves itself.
It also covers the unglamorous parts that make SMS work at scale: renting a number, billing it per club, the regulatory registration Australia and the UK both insist on, and keeping every conversation tied back to the right contact. More clubs soon.
