Collect profile photos when members sign up
Profile Photo is a registration question now, so you can gather photos at signup rather than chasing them afterwards.
If you make membership cards or a team sheet with faces on it, you can ask for a profile photo as part of the registration form instead of building a custom field and shuffling images across yourself.
It is optional, so switch it on only where it suits your process and your privacy obligations.
