Clubs see shared peak body files without adding Storage
When a peak body shares Storage folders, its affiliated clubs now see Storage in their sidebar, even if they have never added the Storage app themselves.
Sharing the concussion policy with sixty clubs used to come with a catch: each club needed the Storage app before it could see anything. Now, when a peak body shares folders, its affiliated clubs get Storage in their sidebar regardless, with a read-only view of what has been shared and the option to add Storage for themselves later.
