Add links to Storage alongside your files
A Storage item can now be a link to something hosted elsewhere, so the current version of a policy lives in one place and nobody has to upload it again.
Plenty of club documents already live somewhere official: the national body’s member protection policy, a SharePoint folder, a coaching video on YouTube. A Storage item can now be a link to one of those, with a name, sitting in a folder next to your uploaded files.
When the original is updated, the link still lands on the current version. Deleting a link from Storage only removes it from Storage; the page it points to is untouched.
