Not natively. Sport-specific governing body systems (ECB Play-Cricket, RFU GMS, FA Full-Time) have closed data models; most UK clubs use TidyHQ for subs, finances, and governance, and the GB-specific system for league admin. Data moves via CSV export/import where needed.
