For Little League and Youth Sports

Registration season without the paper forms.

TidyHQ handles Little League registration, team rosters, concession stand volunteer sign-ups, and fundraiser ticketing — so your volunteer board can actually watch the games. Starts free for small leagues.

No credit card required. Set up in minutes.

Sound familiar?

Registration season is six weeks of Venmo and paper forms

Parents drop off envelopes at practice. Half pay via Venmo, a few via check. Waivers come in by text message. Your registrar spends every evening in February reconciling instead of running the league.

Team rosters live in someone's Gmail drafts

The coordinator made the draft in April. Two kids moved up a division in May. A family moved away in June. Nobody has the current roster and coaches ask every week.

The concession stand schedule is a Facebook post

You post the volunteer signup in the parents group. Twelve people see it. Three sign up. The rest show up Saturday expecting someone else scheduled them.

How TidyHQ fixes it.

Online registration that matches your season

Age divisions, waivers, emergency contacts, photo consent. Parents pay registration fees online via Stripe. Your registrar gets a clean list on one screen instead of a shoebox of envelopes.

Team rosters coaches can actually use

Coaches see their team roster in their own login. Add a player, move one up, mark an injury — the change is visible everywhere. No more Gmail drafts.

Concession stand and volunteer scheduling

Post the schedule once. Parents sign up directly from the event page with reminders. Everyone knows who's running the grill Saturday morning.

Fundraiser ticketing without the third tool

Banquet tickets, raffle tickets, opening day t-shirt orders — all through TidyHQ, all reconciled with the league's finances. No more Eventbrite + Square + paper raffle tickets.

Questions people ask.

Does TidyHQ handle Little League registration with age divisions?+

Yes. Registration forms support age divisions (T-Ball, Minors, Majors, Juniors, Seniors for Little League Baseball; parallel structures for Softball, Challenger, and tee ball). You set division eligibility rules, and parents register each child through the appropriate division automatically.

Can parents pay registration fees online?+

Yes. Parents pay registration fees directly through TidyHQ via Stripe (credit card or ACH bank transfer). You set registration fees per division, offer multi-child family discounts, and receive automated reminders for unpaid registrations. No Venmo reconciliation.

How does TidyHQ handle waivers and emergency contact forms?+

Waivers and emergency contact info are collected during online registration as required fields. Parents e-sign waivers at signup; the signed copy is stored against the player's record. Coaches and board members can download the roster plus emergency contacts for any team at any time.

Does TidyHQ integrate with the Little League International registration system?+

TidyHQ is not a direct integration partner with Little League International's data.LittleLeague.org. Many leagues use TidyHQ for their local registration, fees, and communications, then submit charter and tournament rosters through data.LittleLeague.org separately. The local registration data exports cleanly as CSV if you need to load it elsewhere.

Can coaches have their own login with just their team's roster?+

Yes. Role-based permissions let you give head coaches access to their team's roster, emergency contacts, and communications — without giving them access to the league's full financials or other teams' data. New coaches onboard in minutes.

What does TidyHQ cost for a youth sports league?+

Free for leagues under 20 contacts (useful for tee-ball only leagues or tiny community leagues). Pro is $49/month for larger leagues, with a 1% + $0.20 USD service fee on registrations plus Stripe processing fees. No per-player pricing. No mandatory annual contract.

Free to start. Pro from $49/month.
