The organisation
St Mary's Sporting Club, known as the Saints, has been a pillar of Geelong football since 1953 — though its roots stretch to 1904. Playing out of Anthony Costa Oval in the Geelong Football Netball League, the club runs senior and junior football for men and women, multiple netball grades, and an NAB Auskick program. Ten former players have played AFL. The Saints hold 13 senior football premierships including flags in 2019, 2022, and 2025.
