Capital Kunst des Fechtens (CKDF) is one of the largest non-profit Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) schools in the eastern United States. Based in Virginia, CKDF provides instruction in longsword, great sword, broadsword, rapier, polearms, dagger, grappling, and more — reconstructing medieval martial arts for modern practitioners.
