Update membership emails across every level at once
Change a welcome or reminder message once and push it to some or all of your membership levels, rather than opening each one in turn.
Every membership level sits on five messages: welcome, renewal reminder, renewal success, expiry notice and expiry reminder. Run eight levels and refreshing your welcome message has meant forty edits and a lost evening.
There is a tool in the membership level settings now that applies a change to some or all of your levels at once. Click "Optionally update existing Membership Levels", choose which ones, save. Good for a seasonal update, or for the day your contact person changes and it turns out their name is in everything.
