The new Meetings experience is on for everyone
Meetings V2 is the default for every new meeting now. Two people can write the minutes at once, it saves as you go, and agenda items take their own notes.
After a long stretch as an opt-in, the redesigned Meetings experience is on for all new meetings.
What that means on a Tuesday night is that the secretary and the chair can both be in the minutes without overwriting each other. It saves as you type rather than when you remember to, and each agenda item carries its own notes.
Thank you to everyone who ran their AGM on it while it was still in beta and told us exactly what broke. That is not a small thing to volunteer for.
