Link meeting minutes to a task you already have
Minutes can find and attach a task you already have instead of making you create a duplicate, and assigning agenda items now shows roles next to names.
Taking minutes and discovering you have to re-create a task that already exists is a small monthly irritation. Minutes can search for and link an existing task again.
Assigning agenda items is clearer as well. Organisation roles appear alongside individual contacts, and someone wearing three hats is listed once with all three rather than three times.
Meeting invite lists reload every invitee each time you open them, chair and minute taker included, so you can check the list before it goes. And links in meeting emails now land each person in the right view, whether they are an administrator, an invited member, or somebody reading the public minutes.
