Fixes and small improvements — September 2026
Old renewal links redirect properly, new header images no longer vanish mid-upload, and invoice emails still send when Dropbox is slow. Seven more fixes.
- Old membership renewal links now take people somewhere sensible instead of a broken page.
- Saving a page or event waits for its header image to finish uploading, so a new image is no longer lost halfway.
- Invoice emails still send when Dropbox is temporarily rate-limiting invoice backups.
- Renewal and expiry messages on membership levels, and custom-field choice names, tell you when the text is too long instead of quietly failing to save.
- Membership orders with an invalid due date show a clear message instead of failing while the invoice is created.
- Contact imports assign contact reference numbers reliably, even when something else is updating the counter at the same time.
- Announcements from a parent organisation now reach child organisations when they are first published.
- In the Bring Your Own Domain app, subdomain setup warns you more clearly when DNS delegation needs attention.
- Bounce notifications that arrive from our email provider at the same moment are all processed.
- Malformed redirect details on public pages, corrupted browser cookies and signed-out token requests no longer cause errors.
