Fixes and small improvements — March 2026

Events that finished this morning vanishing from both pages, a last-ticket checkout problem, and four more.

  • Past and upcoming events are both worked out from the event end time. This fixes events that had finished earlier the same day appearing on neither page, which was as confusing as it sounds.
  • A checkout edge case that could stop somebody booking the last paid ticket.
  • An event that could fire too broadly during login, causing extra events in webhooks and Zapier.
  • Some tweaks to meeting agenda notes in the PDF agenda.
  • If your user account has no first or last name, we now fall back to your email instead of showing a blank box in the top corner.
  • AusCycling clubs: the filter conditions on the "New members in last 31 days" and "Renewed members in last 31 days" smart groups are more reliable.
