Fixes and small improvements — January 2026

Tighter date validation, CSV imports no longer merging into trashed contacts, and Complete and Send on deposits actually sending. Sorry about that one.

  • Date validation is tighter across finances, memberships, announcements, SMS and tasks, so an invalid year cannot cause an error.
  • Fixed membership levels now require a start date, which prevents an invalid setup.
  • CSV contact imports no longer merge into trashed contacts.
  • Filters are no longer dropped when you use "View as Filters in Contacts" from a Smart Group.
  • Embarrassingly, Complete and Send on deposits was not sending. It is now.
  • Duplicate email prefixes are prevented when syncing roles from SportsTG, while respecting reserved prefixes.
  • You can no longer start editing the minutes of a locked meeting.
  • Emails sent through our secondary provider can show as Delivered, not just Sent.
