East Fremantle Playgroup is a member of Playgroup WA and welcome families with children between 0-5 years.
They are located at the Sumpton Green Community Centre. It's a large council-owned house with a lovely wide veranda and large shady park. We have lots of toys and craft materials, and run fun activities and events throughout the year.
We love playgroup because we find that it's a great way to connect with other parents (generally while sipping tea on the veranda between running around after kids), and a cheap and fun way to entertain our children.
We're always happy to talk to new families. Our members are largely mums, but we also have some dads and grandparents as members.
With a high turnover of the committee, we needed something that the next generation could follow up with. It's made life easy.
