    • Yes! Everything you need to get started being productive with TidyHQ is included free. You can find out exactly what this includes over at our pricing page.
  • Where can I find a demo?
    • The best way to demo TidyHQ is by getting started with your own account - it’s free! You can also contact us if you’re interested in having a walk-through demo or looking for promotional material to share with your organization.
  • How do I get started?
    • If you have already set up an organisation using TidyHQ, and you're looking for more information, check out our knowledge base or chat to use in app, using the chat bubble.
  • I’m stuck, where do I get help?
    • Check out our Knowledge base which contains a tonne of useful articles suited to first time users throught to advanced power-users.
  • I have a suggestion, who do I tell?
    • We love hearing your feedback! If you've noticed something you'd like to tell us about, please contact us.
  • What’s an Add-on and how does it work?
    • Add-ons give the TidyHQ platform more functionality. Our Add-ons integrate with other great services like MailChimp and Xero to super-charge TidyHQ, making your job even easier. You can easily connect Add-ons via the Add-ons panel in your TidyHQ dashboard. Some Add-ons include monthly fees, which are clearly outlined in the description.
