We have launched automated membership renewal reminders\. Configure them once \- 30 days, 14 days, and 7 days before expiry \- and TidyHQ sends the reminders, includes the payment link, and tracks who has renewed\.

## How It Works

In TidyHQ settings, enable automated renewals\. Choose your reminder schedule\. Customise the email text if you want\. The system handles the rest\.

When a member's expiry date approaches, TidyHQ sends a renewal email with a one\-click payment link\. The member pays online \- Stripe, PayPal, BPay, or POLi\. The membership updates automatically\. A receipt is sent\.

Members who do not renew after all reminders are flagged for personal follow\-up\. The list is short \- typically 10\-15% of your membership \- because the automated reminders catch the other 85%\.
